Reformer
Classic reformer Pilates – functional and unique strength training. The classes are instructor-led (no screens), with a maximum of 10 participants per group class. The group reformer classes are accessible for all experience levels, with progressions available to challenge Pilates pros!
Matwork
Take your Pilates journey to the next level by training without the equipment. Matwork helps you develop superior strength and co-ordination using your own body weight. This is by far the most challenging class! Instructor-led classes with a maximum of 6 participants.
Barre
A high intensity, dance-inspired workout. Like our matwork classes, you will have your strength and co-ordination challenged – all while using the Ballet Bar for support and guidance. Instructor-led classes with a maximum of 6 participants.
Yoga
Need to unwind or just stretch out after a long day? Or do you want to increase your flexibility and range of motion? Our Yoga classes offer a variety of modalities, from relaxation to a fast-paced workout. Instructor-led classes with a maximum of 6 participants. Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates equipment and amenities. We have ample on-site parking available. The studio is located on the second floor.
